Factsheet in Demand - Revised 2001-11-05

A simple two page brochure has been published by the Canadian Beef Grading Agency. It describes grading beef in Canada, and includes the revisions to accommodate the new regulatory changes.  The brochure is available free of charge through the Agency, call write or email for your copy. The brochure is available in English or French.

Computer Visual Systems (CVS) - 1999-05-25
