Governing
Documents

Please take the time to review our regulations, by-laws and policies. These documents include your rights as producers and much more.

2025 Plan Review

Every five years, ABP goes through a regulatory review that provides an opportunity for updates to our Plan, Commission Regulation, and By-Laws. The next update is due this summer.

At our 2025 Annual General Meeting, ABP delegates voted in favour of amendments to the ABP Plan Regulation and Bylaws. These amendments will shift much of the Plan Regulation to By-Laws, creating a nimbler regulatory framework.
