Young Guns Contest
Three outstanding winners have been selected for this year’s Young Guns contest. Youth aged eight to 21 were asked to submit what Alberta Beef Producers means to them. Entries ranged from essays to composed songs and videos, blog posts and posters. The Communications Committee judged the submissions and awarded $1,000 for first prize, $500 for second and $250 for third.

The Communications Committee wanted to continue this contest after the success of last year’s Carl Lewring contest. They saw it as another great platform to get youth involved and educated. Judging took place at the ABP Semi-Annual meeting in Edmonton.
